Britney Spears tops Billboard’s Best of 2010s (So Far) Polls

Britney Spears has demonstrated she’s still got it and she’s still relevant. She’s won over big stars like Beyoncé or Rihanna on Billboard‘s Best of 2010s (So Far) polls. They chose a list of 10 best songs, best albums, best music videos and most defining artist of this first half of the decade and readers voted their three favorites.

The results are in and Britney is on top of three of the four lists. She won best song with Till The World Ends, best video with Work Bitch and most defining artist of the decade (so far). Haters gonna hate, but Britney is still the Princess of Pop and she’s still one of the most influential artists of all time. Check the full lists below!

  1. It truly says a lot that after being in the business for almost 17 years Britney still wins polls like this even when she wasn’t nominated in 3 out of the 4 categories. Even Madonna wasn’t this revelant 17 years into her career (which would be in the year 1999). What really surprises me though is that Beyonce didn’t get a higher ranking considering that the media has been obsessed with promoting her the last two years.

    • I didn’t know she wasn’t even nominated, that’s amazing!! I was very surprised with Beyoncé not wining too. I love Bey and this past two years she’s been huge all over the world. However, I was even more surprised that Lady Gaga didn’t win. I don’t like her, but I thought she had the biggest fanbase in the world. I guess this proves Britney is still more relevant than Gaga or any other self-proclaimed new Queen of Pop.
