First Frozen Fever stills

Frozen Fever

A few months back I told you Disney was planning to release a new Frozen short this year. The short is called Frozen Fever and it was directed by the same team that worked in the movie. Like I told you on my previous post, it’s going to be centered around Anna’s birthday party and all of our favorite characters will be there.

Today the first stills of the short were released and I can’t wait to see the final result!! It’s going to premiere in front of Disney’s latest live-action adaptation of the classic Cinderella on March 13.

Check out all the new pictures below!! Continue reading

Disney casts Emma Watson as Belle

Emma Watson

Disney is planning a live action reboot of their biggest and most beloved classics Beauty And The Beast. They’re continuing with their latest trend of adapting their animated classics into big budget Hollywood live action movies that started last year with Maleficent and followed by this year’s Cinderella, which opens March 13.

For this new project they’ve officially chosen the Harry Potter star Emma Watson as the lead female character. I love Emma and I think she’ll be perfect playing Belle in this movie.  Continue reading

Big Hero 6 Review

Big Hero 6

OMG! I just came back from the cinema and I haven’t been this excited after watching a movie in a long time!! Today was finally the premiere of Disney‘s new film Big Hero 6 in Spain. I didn’t know what to expect about this movie. I knew it was going to be good because Disney hasn’t disappoint me yet, but I didn’t expect it to be this good!!!

First I want to talk about how amazing the concept of this movie is. It takes place in an imaginary city called San Fransokio. As you can guess it’s a blend between San Francisco and Tokyo and I have to say that it’s just amazing!! Every little detail on the city is spectacular and you can see all the hard work behind the creation of this gem.  Continue reading

2015 Golden Globe Awards Nominations

2015 Golden Globe Awards Nominations

The other day nominations for next year’s Golden Globe Awards were released! I haven’t seen many of the movies or TV shows that are nominated, but a lot of my favorite actors are on this year’s categories. For example we have Jennifer Aniston nominated for her role in the indie movie Cake and Jake Gyllenhaal for his role in Nightcrawler.

On TV some of the highlights are Game Of Thrones, nominated for best drama series, Jessica Lange and Kathy Bates for their roles in American Horror Story and Allison Janney for MomContinue reading

Grammy 2015 Nominations

Grammy Nominations

Yesterday the nominations for 2015’s Grammy Awards were finally announced and there’re a few surprises! I’ve never known the difference between Song Of The Year and Record Of The Year, so if anyone would tell me in the comments it’d be very nice.

Meghan Trainor got two nominations for her hit All About That Bass and I don’t know why, I know it’s been huge all over the world, but I guess I don’t like so much and I don’t really think it deserves a Grammy.

Ariana Grande has two nominations as well and I know I’ve promised not to talk bad about anyone in this blog so I’m just going to keep my opinion to myself, but you can guess what I think about this.

Beyoncé has FIVE nominations and this makes her the most nominated female artist in the history of the Grammys!! Cool right? Just another record for Queen B’s list!!

Last but not least Iggy Azalea has four nominations, she even got nominated for Best Rap Album!! Haters gonna hate, but I love her and she really deserves that, 2014 has been Iggy’s year and I wish her all the best!

I’m not a huge Taylor Swift fan, but I quite like some of the things I’ve heard from her last album and I have to admit Shake It Off has been stuck in my head since I first listened so congratulations for her three nominations as well!

Check out some of the nomination categories (the ones I really care about) below!! I highlighted my votes in blue so you can see my opinion! Continue reading

The Little Mermaid 25th Anniversary

Today 25 years ago my favorite Disney movie and one of my favorite movies of all time was released. I’ve said it many times and I will never get tired of saying it, in my opinion, The Little Mermaid is the greatest animated movie ever made and I’ve been obsessed with it ever since I first watched it as a kid.

I don’t know what it is that makes this movie so magical. Maybe is that I live in an island and I’ve always admired the ocean and of course I love everything related to magic creatures like mermaids. But I don’t know if my love for all those things came before or after watching this movie.  Continue reading

Once Upon A Time – Season 4 – Rocky Road Recap

Once Upon A Time - Season 4 - Ep 3

I haven’t have much free time this week catching up with all my classes after my trip to NY, so I couldn’t watch the new episode of Once Upon A Time until now. God, this can easily be the best season yet!! Not only because it’s about Frozen, but because with only three episodes I’m more intrigued than ever!!

The Snow Queen story is great, I would’v never guessed she’s Elsa’s aunt!! Or maybe she was just lying. I’m so curious to know what does her have to do with Emma. Why does her know Emma? From her human past before she ever went to Storybrooke? I don’t know, I’m so intrigued!!!  Continue reading

Once Upon A Time – Season 4 – A Tale Of Two Sisters Recap

Once Upon A Time - Season 4 - Ep1

Last night was finally the premiere of Once Upon A Time season 4. I’ve been waiting for this a long time and I was very excited because of all the hints they’ve been giving about the new Frozen storyline. It was great, I really liked all the characters, they were very well portrayed and their personalities were very similar to the movie. I loved the trolls and Marshmallow, but I missed Olaf, I hope they include him later!! I can’t wait to see what’s going to happen next!!

There were lots of surprises on this episode, apart from all the Frozen stuff, there were some iconic scenes like Belle and Rumple’s dance with the costumes and the music from Beauty And The Beast, that was amazing!! We also got to see something that looks like a magic hat and I think it’s Mickey’s hat from The Sorcerer’s ApprenticeContinue reading

Top 10 Shows I’ll be watching this Fall

Season premieres of all my favorite TV shows are finally coming next week. Well, some of them like Game Of Thrones will not return until next year, but there’re many shows to check out while you’re waiting.

I chose some of the shows I’m already watching and some of the new shows that I’m very excited to watch. There’re also some series that I stopped watching because I got tired of them or they were getting very bad, like for example Hart Of Dixie and Cougar TownContinue reading

Top 10 Disney Infinity – Wish List

Disney Infinity

So, Disney Infinity 2.0 is almost here and I’m getting very excited with all the new features. I have to admit that I was a little bit disappointed with the first one, I loved playing the playsets, well, I only played Pirates Of The Caribbean, Monsters University, The Incredibles and Toy Story, but I really enjoyed them.

I also liked all the figures they released in the first game, but I didn’t like much the Toy Box. I consider myself a very creative person and I still found it very difficult to come up with something really cool. I liked some of the other users’ downloadable Toy Boxes, but it didn’t felt like I was playing a video game, most of them were just to explore and there wasn’t anything challenging at all.  Continue reading

Top 10 Robin Williams Performances

Robin Williams

This is such a tragic day, the world has lost a very talented and amazing human. I’ve loved Robin Williams almost since I was born. He was one of my childhood heroes, I haven’t seen all of his movies and I haven’t seen his best performances, but I’ll always remember him for movies that made me laugh and made me love this great actor.

I think many of my favorite movies as a child were Robin Williams movies and this tribute list to him is not about his best performances in terms of good acting, but as the great entertainer he was. He touched the souls of many kids from my generation and probably he will continue to do it to kids from newer generations. Continue reading

Hey guys! Here’s the third illustration from the Disney Princess series I’m working on. As you can see it’s time for Frozen‘s Elsa. Check out Rapunzel’s and Ariel’s illustrations here and here respectively.

Top 10 Disney Songs

One of the best things from Disney movies are the songs, I think we can all agree with that. I think what was missing in most of the latest Disney classics was the music, but thankfully they’re incorporating it again and as we can see in Frozen, it’s coming better than ever!

There’re too many great Disney songs and I think everybody has their own favorites, so I decided to make my Top 10 list here.

Healing Incantation

cover

Hey guys, This is the first time I’m sharing my artwork with you and I’m a little bit nervous. Last night a was drawing and trying to add new things into my style.

As you may already know, I love Disney and especially Disney Princesses so I found myself drawing Rapunzel from Tangled. First I started as a regular drawing and then I thought let’s get crazy and try new things.

Frozen Cast for Once Upon A Time

1752792_origOnce Upon A Time is one of my favorite shows on TV now. I only started watching it this year, but I was so addicted that I watched all the three seasons in less than two months. What I like about the show is how the twist all the classic fairytales and how the bad guys are sort of the most important characters in the series.

If you already watched the finale of season 3 keep reading, if you haven’t yet, what are you waiting for??? So, spoilers alert!!!

Top 10 Universal Studios Orlando Rides

Hello everyone! I know I’ve been out for a long time, but I’ve been very busy with my classes and I also bought the new Pokemon game last week and I’ve been spending my little free time playing.

Anyways, a few weeks ago I posted my Top 10 Walt Disney World rides and promised I’d do a Top 10 Universal Studios rides soon, so here are them!

IOA_Header_tcm13-10617

I’m choosing rides from both Universal Studios and Islands Of Adventure theme parks, including all of the different islands from the second park, that means there’s going to be a lot of Harry Potter here!!

Like I did in the Disney World post, I’m going to describe my experience at Universal Orlando.

First time I was there I was 9 years old and again, I didn’t take any ride because I was scared. Last year with 21 years old I went again and had the time of my life! The difference with Disney parks is that it’s more focused on the Roller Coasters and the adrenaline part of the theme parks more than to enjoy yourself and letting your inner child live for a few days.

This time The Wizarding World Of Harry Potter was added as one of the islands from Islands Of Adventure and that’s what I enjoyed the most along with the Marvel Superhero Island.

I also loved The Simpsons zone they’re building at Universal Studios, but it wasn’t finished yet. The only thing that I didn’t like is that they closed the JAWS ride, which I was dying to take since I didn’t when I was a kid. so lets have it as a honorable mention. I saw the video my uncle took in the ride when I was little and it was so good.

So let’s begin with the list! Find out below:
